Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (France)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: €5.90 (3 to 5 business days)

Free Shipping: Available for orders over €150.00
3. International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)
We offer international shipping to the following regions:

European Union (EU): Flat rate €12.00 (3 to 8 business days)

Rest of World: Flat rate €20.00 (8 to 20 business days)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SAMI ALAM PARIS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at studio@samialamparis.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
