We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SAMI ALAM PARIS reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Important: As a micro-entrepreneur, we are not subject to VAT. Our prices are therefore displayed TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at studio@samialamparis.com. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The refund will cover the full price of the returned item(s) and the original shipping cost.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services is owned by SAMI ALAM PARIS or its licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites you choose to access.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SAMI ALAM PARIS is powered by Shopify. Any sales you make are made directly with SAMI ALAM PARIS. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and SAMI ALAM PARIS.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
