2. Products

The essential characteristics of our products are described on each product page. Photographs are provided for illustration only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). As a micro-entrepreneur, we are not subject to VAT. Our prices are therefore displayed with the mention: "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI."

Shipping costs are additional and are displayed before checkout.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at studio@samialamparis.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will cover the full price of the returned item(s) and the original shipping cost you paid. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with French law. If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to its description, you may contact us at studio@samialamparis.com.

10. Consumer Mediator

In the event of a dispute, you may contact a consumer mediator. Contact details will be provided upon request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
